please lower the fxxking amount of enemies you send out its so fxxking hard especially on God dxxm emberskull and those fxxking birds fix this sxxt but otherwise its a great game

My latest update. I have been with this game for more than a year. But, you get to a point where you simply cannot advance without paying or you are willing to grind it out by collecting and raising cards levels which might take another several months. Pretty tired of this game, and may be time to say goodbye. ----------- Ok, I still like this game even after the last two updates.(Not sure what this latest update was all about, but the previous one was more of a game changer) Honestly, the later stages were getting super difficult even before the update. I actually think the latest update makes some stages slightly easier, as you can add a card slot by watching an ad. Someone reported that hero cards were reset to 1 after update, but I did not experience such issues. Granted, watching an ad to get a card slot or arena ticket does kind of ruin the gaming experience, but game is still playable. My biggest issue is still the time it takes to upgrade cards, which has been the case all along even prior to update. Anyways, the game is a solid 3 and could be higher if the game balance could be adjusted...

This game is best suited to players willing to pay to progress or those with the patience to be in it for the long haul. Its beautifully designed and well thought out, very stable with no crashes. The game has been acquired by a new company and I hope they implement a more balanced approach but Im not going to hold my breath. Very enjoyable initially but then gets unbalanced in the Bird levels and seriously so in the Serpent ones to coerce IAPs. In fact, its impossible to progress in the Serpent King Tower without paying up serious cash. Worst of all, 75% of card drops after much grinding are worthless. Even if you buy them, chances are youll get worthless ones. I have dozens of cards Ill never bother upgrading. Then, it will take at least 3-4 days to upgrade to the higher levels of the more useful cards (which will literally take months to acquire in the first place). And, you can only upgrade 1 card at a time!! Theres a huge amount of content but, a lot of it is quantity over quality. The arenas and outpost maps are boringly repetitive and you will have to play them hundreds of times (Ive played the various arenas over 2000 times!) to be able to obtain any decent cards. You can buy gems to speed up card upgrades but will need to spend at least $50 on them if you want to quickly upgrade a couple of cards to the higher levels. I bought some gems but, the cost of upgrading cards is so high that I went through 3000 gems in a few minutes. Be patient and enjoy the game for what it is but dont bother buying gems or cards unless you have hundreds of $$ to waste. Yes, Devs deserve to make money but, their shortsighted greed has ruined what could have been a truly excellent game. I would have gladly paid upfront for a couple of levels and more periodically for extra levels. Balanced gameplay with the option to pay to progress more quickly would have been a better strategy rather than trying to coerce us into it.

I have many free tower defense games and this is among the best! However, the longer you play the more overpowered the toons get. I dont like to spend big amounts on app games so this translates into many more hours of play trying to level up cards and survive the levels. If you dont mind spending the time and/or money this is the tower defense game to play!

This game is actually fun! Considering how you move your character ingame, lots of cards to collect, and upgrade yourself. This is what I called Tower defence in a freaking nutshell. I guess you can say, the kings are very crazy for the game.

Very captivating in dealing with short term game play and longevity as well. Well done.

I have given a 5-star rating last time, but this time I give only one star. The new levels are impossible to win, and this game turns out to be a pay-to-win. Frustrated.

I installed the game for the first time a year ago and Ive always loved the game system and the variety of levels, but the last update has ruined it for me : the optional ads to unlock tower slots were not too intrusive and overall a good idea, but the new arena levels are impossible to win and all in all not worth wasting the time to unlock extra tickets. Although this game was one of the best existing tower defense games, it has become more frustrating than fun, Im not even sure its worth trying out for new users... I will probably be uninstalling it soon too, theres challenging the player and then theres frustrating them.

Authentic, genuine and innovative at the same time. Real strategic tower defense strategic fun and offering an interesting rpg side. Cant wait for my arena tickets to come regenerate !

I really enjoyed this game but the new update caused me to lose all my data and I was pretty far into the game...

Game was fantastic until the upgrade. Now levels that were 3 stars I cant win now. All that was missing was new levels.
